| Client Issues: Historic Royal Palaces were commissioning a variety of different suppliers for all of their photographic needs throughout the year. This was creating the following issues:

- Generation of disconnected image libraries within different departments

Client Solution:
NTI were adopted as the agency to handle HRP’s image needs and have implemented the following improvements:
- Strategic plan agreed with HRP to co-ordinate all image related activity
- NTI to advise on and supply photography and media support to PR department
- Overall standard and style of images across departments agreed to maintain a consistent communication of HRP’s identity
- Consolidation of several separate in-house library collections into an effective global digital image library
- Fixed fee structure introduced for transparent pricing and improved budget planning
- NTI to assist HRP PR department to identify events with media potential
- Regular review meetings to continually improve and develop the service for HRP
